Today we scattered my friend's ashes off the coast of Santa Cruz. Sally was a Buddhist, yoga-ist, drummer, writer and sailor. But mostly Sally was a friend, a generous and compassionate spirit who lived her life to the fullest. I will miss you Dear Friend.....
