I know someone who once told me there was absolutely nothing she regreted in her life. I found this incredulous.Me? I regret once hunting quail. I regret not being kinder. I regret my impatience and not paying real attention to the simple things in life.
If you never feel this regret how can you possibly fix a trajectory? How can you right your path?

I regret many things but also know that often, given the same set of events and state of mind, I might have made the same choices. With the same resulting regrets...
Never regret.
Because at one point, it's exactly what you wanted.
