Fast food

The only time we ever eat at McDonalds is when we're traveling.
We pull in and each order an egg mc muffin, hash browns, apple pie and two milks.
There's just something about sitting along the highway under a lean-to with big rigs roaring past while we devour a breakfast that amounts to an entire day's worth of calories that transcends all the obvious health issues.

On the road I'm a little hesitant to ask if any these creatures are "free-range". (especially the fish.)

Also on the road, I once ordered a one dollar "Snack Wrap." Grilled chicken, lettuce and tomato, I had them hold the cheese and go light on the sauce, and found out later that little thing STILL packed about 400 calories!

How do they DO that?!
