Grins required?

This morning at the post office I saw a sign that said, "Positive ID required." Does that mean mandatory smiles on our driver's licenses or what?

In ELA we had a fig tree in our backyard. In Spanish it is called el higo. I thought it was the ego tree. I was big on the id and ego in those days. Just like the PO is now.
