I was driving the back streets to Book Cafe this morning when a man in a wheelchair crossed the street right in front of me going 40 miles an hour! A toothy grin split his face and trailing behind was a long disconnected extension cord and surge protector bouncing against the asphalt...(it's summer...we're restless..)
