We watched a DVD movie the other day with subtitles. Every time music played, the subtitle described the music being heard.Ominous, pulsating, dramatic, dangerous, somber, lingering, bouncy, sad, haunting, suspenseful, joyous, luminous, springlike, thunderous, lively, halting, crisply, weeping, nostalgically and resounding were just some of the words used.
